Title Insurance is an important part of a closing on a new home. While it is not required, it is recommended to insure that you have a clean chain of title to your property without judgments, liens, mortgages, and so on. Our underwriters are Old Republic National Title, a well known and respected, publicly traded corporation
Our company uses the latest technology including title agency software in order to expedite the production and issuance of commitments and promoting accuracy of work product for our clients.

We are located on Main Street in Windham in the Law Offices of Sean Doolan. Since the founding of our company, we have grown consistently and at this point have closed on over two hundred property transactions. We are interested in further expanding and are always interested in new clients in our area as well as in other localities. We are equipped to serve Greene, Delaware, Ulster, Schoharie and Rockland counties.
